I joined PEP in November 2016 to head up the new electro-mechanical assembly branch of the business to enable a one stop shop solution for customers. PEP can now make, paint and screen your product enclosures and also fit the parts they enclose!

At my previous company I was the first employee so used to design, build and test all the products. As we expanded in numbers I specialised on the design side including schematic capture and PCB layout, RF design and 3D mechanical design.

Outside work there is no time to fit all my interests in! My main hobbies are landscape and studio photography and amateur radio. I have my own fully equipped home studio and enjoy shooting there and also out on location, both models and landscapes. On the radio I enjoy competing against other amateurs in organised contests and activating mountain summits carrying batteries and radios up to the summits. I also enjoy mountain biking, trekking, mountaineering, rock and ice climbing.
