Screen Printing
A purpose-built print studio enables us to put the finishing touches to customers’ products. We also offer an artwork design and production service.
Process
We have a purpose-built screen printing studio that allows us to offer the following:
- 2-pack screen inks for metal, chemically-resistant
- Vinyl 2-pack screen inks for plastics and polycarbonate overlays
- Multiple colours printed in full Pantone colour range available on request
- We have the facility to screen-print up to 48” x 40” (122cm x 102cm)
- All screens and artwork manufactured in-house reducing lead times
- Latest RIP (rasterimage processer) software for producing artwork in a range of file formats to your own designs/drawings
- Canon iPF605 large format printer-printing up to 600mm (23.5”) wide
- 3D hand bench capable of screening items 48” x 40” x 24” (122cm x 102cm x 61cm) high
- Ultraviolet exposure light unit exposing manufactured screens up to 48” x 40” (122cm x 102cm)
- Small hand bench 24” x 24” (61cm x 61cm) for prototype/short-run work
